Congrats on taking the next step towards a healthy postpartum recovery! During your time working with me 1:1 you'll learn to become more aware and in-tune with your body, help heal your body from childbirth, implement healthy nutrition habits, and build a strong fitness foundation to increase your intensity as time goes on.

If you're here, you may or may not have already been working out, but you're looking for a program that is tailored to your very specific needs during this time in your life. You're wanting to start your postpartum fitness journey, but aren't quite sure how to do it alone, and are looking for a coach who can guide you through seamlessly and who can help you heal safely.

No matter if your 6 weeks or 1 year postpartum, we can work on healing your body and providing you a foundation to continuously increase your strength and body confidence.

I separate my 0-12 months postpartum training into 3 phases:

  • 0-6 weeks Rehab & Retraining

  • 7-18 weeks Introducing Strength Training

  • 19-52 weeks Bulletproofing Your Body

Even if you are starting with me after 6 weeks, we will still incorporate the rehab/retraining portion, but it will be included in your strength training workouts versus as a stand-alone workout.

Here is what you get within a 4 week period of working with me:

- Initial intake session ​

- Customized workouts determined by your stage of postpartum and type of childbirth (# of days/week varies based on stage)

- 2 recovery workouts/week to increase your body's longevity once past the rehab/retraining stage

- Weekly email check-ins

- End of month video chat to discuss progress, programming tweaks, etc.

- 24/7 support and accountability via access to me on social media and through texting

- Custom macros nutrition plan based on your individual goals and needs as well as your postpartum phase

- Healthy recipe book with ideas for meals and snacks

- Supplementation guidance
