Congrats on taking the next step towards a healthy pregnancy! During your time working with me 1:1 you'll learn to become more aware and in-tune with your body, work through mindset blocks that have been stopping you from starting your health and fitness journey, create healthy nutrition habits, and finally stop saying, "I'll start on Monday."

If you're here, you've probably tried working out on your own, and have stopped and started too many times to count. You know that you want to be healthier all-around, but you can't find that accountability within yourself and need the support of a coach who is going to not only hold you accountable, but support you on this journey through motherhood.

You probably fall under 1 of 3 categories:

1. You're a mom who's looking to expand her family

2. You're a woman who's in the process or about to start the process of trying to have a baby

3. You're a woman who isn't looking to have a baby in the near future, but wants to get her body ready for carrying a child

- End of month video chat to discuss progress, programming tweaks, etc.

- 24/7 support and accountability via access to me on social media and through texting

- Custom macros nutrition plan based on your individual goals and needs

- Healthy recipe book with ideas for meals and snacks
